Following the 2 strikes earlier this year COSLA have put forward an offer of 3% this year and 2.5% next year. The deadline for the ballot on this offer is the 12th November. UNISON is recommending a rejection of this offer as it falls far below current rates of inflation. A leaflet can be downloaded here.
