COSLA have given a final offer of a three year pay deal for council employees from 2010-2013. The offer is 1% for 2010/2011, 0% for 2011/2012 and 0.5% for 2012/2013. UNISON is recommending that members refuse this offer, and we will be balloting all members on this in June. In order to consult with members in Moray the following meetings are being held - each to start just after 5pm:
Monday 31st May - Elgin, Council Chambers
Tuesday 1st June - Buckie Fisherman's Hall
Wednesday 2nd June - Forres House CC
Thursday 3rd June - Keith Longmore Hall.
