Union
Learning Reps (ULRs): Union Learning Reps are usually existing workplace reps who share the commitment to learning of the Lifelong Learning Adviser and who want to develop learning in their own workplaces. Their focus is more on negotiating and representing around learning issues. Because of their different training needs, UNISON offers a different union learning rep introductory training course.
