Apologies for the long absence - I've been on annual leave.
Some very worrying issues are coming through regarding Designing Better Services. It seems that very soon most Council employees (except teachers and a few other groups of workers) will be instructed to complete a time recording sheet every day for a week, mostly electronically but in a few cases on paper. This is due to start early in June. It's important that members realise the importance of this information gathering exercise - your hours may be cut as result!
At no time has UNISON been consulted on this and we will be protesting very vehemently.
