Today I've attended a TU consultation meeting regarding Designing Better Services, and also a meeting with some members who are being consulted about a Change Management Plan in their service. Change is well and truly in the air and not many of us will escape it. It is to be hoped that there will be opportunities for members as well as the less happy aspects of change. I've said it before and I'll say it again - be as proactive as possible in these projects and make your views known, both to management and to UNISON. We can only put forward your views when we know what they are.
