Management are holding meetings on Thursday and Friday this week to outline to staff proposals that went to the P&R Committee last week concerning changes to the provision of services in Community Learning and Development. I'll be attending at least the Friday meeting and hopefully the Thursday one as well. A change management plan has been produced which staff and unions will be consulted on.
